This course starts by covering the Fair Housing Act and other various Fair Housing Laws. It will describe the different protected classes and how to avoid Fair Housing violations. The course then describes illegal acts and how they are enforced. Lastly, other public protections laws are discussed. After completion, students should fully understand Fair Housing law, other public protection laws, how they are enforced, and how to operate a real estate business legally and responsibly.
